Your Water System **NEW**
The City is initiating a public outreach, participation and education effort to obtain feedback on values and service expectations of the City’s water customers. This effort aims to generate public understanding of Vallejo’s water resources, infrastructure management, cost of service, and the ongoing cost of operations and maintenance necessary to continue serving a reliable and high quality water supply.
The City is currently preparing a 5-year financing plan and rate study for water service. The City will be reaching out to water customers on a variety of key issues in anticipation of a proposed 5-year rate structure, and is planning public meetings and outreach materials as part of the Proposition 218 rate-setting process.
