The Code Enforcement Division and the Public Works Maintenance Division have enhanced the Vallejo-Free of Graffiti (V-FOG) Graffiti Removal Program to better serve the public in addressing the challenge of graffiti vandalism on private RESIDENTIAL properties.  The enhanced program will allow owners/occupants to make use of the free graffiti removal service twice in a six-month period, relieving the experience of "double victimization" from having their properties vandalized by graffiti, and then being subject to enforcement.  Owners/occupants can apply for the service by filling out the V-FOG Graffiti Removal Consent/Waiver of Liability Form within 10 days of receiving the courtesy warning notice from the Code Enforcement Division.

Upon receipt of the completed form, the Public Works Maintenance Division will be notified and the V-FOG truck will be dispatched. 

Report Graffiti Vandalism

To report graffiti on PRIVATE properties, contact the Code Enforcement Division by email or call (707) 648-4469.  You may also upload photos of graffiti vandalism and tagging in your neighborhood along with details about the location and date/time.   

To report graffiti on PUBLIC properties such as electrical and utility boxes, light poles, traffic signal poles, sidewalks, City buildings and facilities, call the City’s Graffiti Line at (707) 648-5235 or report via e-mail or visit the Public Works Maintenance Division’s webpage.

To report graffiti on freeways, soundwalls or overpasses, Submit a Maintenance Service Request to Caltrans.

To report graffiti vandalism in progress, call 911.

Remove and Prevent Graffiti Vandalism

Rapid removal is your best defense against graffiti vandalism.  If you would like assistance from the City, download the V-FOG Graffiti Removal Consent/Waiver of Liability Form and mail, e-mail or drop off completed forms to the:
